Terms and Conditions

These terms govern use of The Gilded Parlourr’s venue and services, including dining, private events and card-room participation. Please read them before reserving a table, arranging an occasion or joining a hosted activity, so the evening can be enjoyed with clear expectations.

Using the venue

1. Acceptance and scope

By visiting, reserving, attending or participating with The Gilded Parlourr, you agree to these terms as they apply to the relevant part of your visit. They cover restaurant dining, walk-in visits, bookings, poker nights, card-room participation and attendance at private events held at the venue.

Information provided when you reserve or join an activity may also apply to that arrangement. This includes the details shown for a particular booking, event or hosted session. Please read current information before confirming plans and follow reasonable directions from venue staff while you are with us.

2. Venue experience and house rules

The Gilded Parlourr is a hospitality venue and dedicated offline poker destination, designed for dining, socialising and recreational table play.

Our poker lounge and card room may include poker tables, poker chips, dealer-led hands and hosted table action as part of a social experience. Participation is guided by the house rules and the hosted format communicated for that session. Guests are expected to listen to the dealer and host, ask when something is unclear and help maintain a welcoming pace around the table.

3. Availability and venue discretion

Service, seating and hosted activities depend on operational conditions and the shared experience in the venue. We may make reasonable adjustments when needed to keep the evening safe, comfortable and well run.

Dining service, seating or timing may be adjusted to suit venue operations and guest comfort.
A poker-night schedule, table arrangement or hosted format may change where needed for the session.
We cannot promise a particular table placement, dealer, participant group or tournament-night arrangement.

Dining and bookings

4. Restaurant reservations

Restaurant reservations are subject to availability. When making or managing a booking, please provide accurate details so the arrangement reflects your plans as clearly as possible. Reservation details and instructions supplied through the relevant booking channel form part of the visit arrangement where applicable.

If arrival plans, party details or a special request changes, please communicate through the relevant reservation channel. This gives the venue the best opportunity to consider the update within its operational capacity and to keep the dining room running smoothly for all guests.

5. Dining, drinks and service

The Gilded Parlourr brings together modern grill dining, cocktails and late-night socialising in a shared setting. We ask guests to enjoy food and drinks with consideration for those dining, gathering and taking part in card-room activity nearby.

Service may be paced or adjusted to support safety, comfort and the flow of the room. A considered evening leaves space for conversation, hospitality and the table around you. Please follow staff guidance where it helps protect that shared experience.

6. Private events

Private-event enquiries and reservations may have arrangements specific to that occasion. Guest numbers, room use, menus, schedules and event conduct may be confirmed for an individual event rather than assumed from general venue information.

Card-room participation

7. Poker nights and the card room

The Gilded Parlourr is a dedicated offline poker destination, with a poker lounge and card room that can feature poker tables, poker chips, recreational Texas Hold’em tournaments, poker nights and hosted tournament formats. These sessions are recreational and social, forming part of an evening that can also include dining and late-night conversation.

A dealer and host may guide each session under the applicable house rules. Their role is to help explain the format, keep table action orderly and give guests a clear point of reference as the session progresses.

Poker nights: Hosted offline sessions for social, recreational table play in the venue.
Poker lounge: The venue’s dedicated social setting around the card-room experience.
Poker tables: Shared tables arranged for the relevant hosted session and its participants.
Dealer: The person guiding hands and table procedure under the communicated house rules.

8. Hosted tournament formats and table play

Hosted tournament-night formats may differ from session to session. Before play begins, the host may explain seating, starting procedure, pauses, blinds and movement between poker tables. Those details apply to the relevant session and should be treated as the practical guide for the evening.

Guests taking part in Texas Hold’em tournaments or other hosted hands should follow dealer and host direction, respect the pace of play and avoid interrupting other participants’ table action. Questions are welcome when raised at an appropriate point in the hand or between hands.

Starts and pausesFollow the host’s guidance on when the session begins, pauses or resumes.
Blinds and handsUse the format explained for that table and allow the dealer to guide procedure.
Table movementMove or reseat only when requested, so the room remains comfortable and orderly.

9. Entry, seating and buy-in language

Where used for a hosted session, “buy-in” describes the applicable event-entry or seat-allocation concept communicated for that session. It is event language used to organise the hosted experience and does not describe a monetary transaction.

Seat confirmation, poker chips and high roller-inspired seating may form part of the communicated format. The host may manage placement and table capacity to keep the card room comfortable, balanced and orderly for those participating.

Because each evening can have its own structure, please review the current session information before joining and ask the host for clarification if a seating or entry detail is unclear.

Conduct and care

10. Guest conduct and shared spaces

The experience combines dining, cocktails, late-night socialising and social poker. We ask diners, guests and poker participants to contribute to a respectful atmosphere for one another and for staff. The following expectations help keep shared spaces enjoyable and clear.

01Communicate respectfully with staff, diners, guests, dealers and other participants.
02Be considerate in shared dining, poker-lounge and card-room spaces.
03Follow reasonable host and dealer direction during hands and table action.
04Allow other guests to enjoy their meals, conversations and participation without disruption.

Where conduct disrupts the atmosphere, service or play, staff may take direction appropriate to the circumstances to restore the shared experience.

11. Care of venue property

Cards, poker chips, poker tables, menus, glassware, furnishings and other venue property should be used only as intended. Please follow staff guidance when moving between dining spaces and the card room, and when taking part in a hosted session.

Careful use of these shared items helps the venue remain comfortable and ready for every guest. Please take care of the table, the tools of the evening and the people sharing it.

12. Guest communication and concerns

If you have a relevant need or concern about a reservation, event attendance, dining plan or card-room participation, please share it with staff as early as practical. This allows the venue to consider the situation within its operational capacity and respond with useful context.
